Germany secured a place in the FIFA World Cup 2026 knockout rounds after coming from behind to defeat Côte d’Ivoire in a dramatic Group E encounter.

Germany booked its spot in the FIFA World Cup 2026 knockout stage with a 2-1 victory over Côte d’Ivoire in Toronto. Franck Kessié gave the African side the lead before halftime, but substitute Deniz Undav turned the match around with two second-half goals, including a stoppage-time winner.
